Yesterday was my weekly weigh in and I have lost two pounds. I think I am satisfied. I am aiming for a hopefully steady weight loss of about two pounds a week.
Currently, I am just eating better:
More fruits and vegetables.
No aerated drinks.
No desserts.
No fried stuff.
I am not on any special diet. Just eating what seems more healthy. Thats all.
I haven't started exercising yet. Will just start with walks, I think. Hopefully soon.
